A Concentrated Solution for Foot Perspiration and Odor Control in Cosmetic Manufacturing
Foot deodorant complex supplied in a 1 liter volume gives cosmetic formulators a ready-made active base for building foot care products without spending weeks combining raw materials from scratch. This concentrated blend belongs to the deodorant components category and is formulated for creams, sprays, gels, powders and lotions aimed at foot care. Its primary role is reducing excessive perspiration, limiting the growth of odor-causing bacteria, and delivering a lasting sensation of freshness on the skin of the feet.
The largest real-world demand for this type of complex comes from the personal care manufacturing sector, where brands producing pedicure salon products, sports cosmetics and pharmacy-grade foot care lines rely on such blends as a core building block. Beyond creams and sprays, the complex is widely used in the footwear and textile industries for impregnating insoles, socks and shoe liners, as well as in treatments for the interior surfaces of athletic and work footwear. Another growing segment is men's grooming products and athlete-oriented lines, where a long-lasting deodorizing action is a key selling point.
This complex pairs well with other active ingredients that reinforce antibacterial and odor-absorbing performance. Combining it with zinc ricinoleate produces a noticeably stronger odor-neutralizing result by binding volatile compounds directly at the source. For formulators aiming to add a natural profile and supplementary skin-soothing benefits, fermented plant extracts such as fermented extract of Altermonas and fermented Noni fruit extract are commonly introduced alongside the deodorant complex to round out the formula.
A recommended usage rate is between 2 and 6 percent of total formula weight, depending on the desired intensity of the deodorizing effect and the type of base used. It should be added during the final stage of production, at temperatures not exceeding 35-40 degrees Celsius, to protect the active compounds from thermal degradation. After incorporation, the mixture should be blended thoroughly until fully homogeneous. Store the complex in a tightly sealed container, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
The 1 liter packaging suits studio-scale and small-batch manufacturing well, making it a practical choice for emerging cosmetic brands, private laboratories and workshops piloting new formulations before scaling up, as well as pedicure studios preparing their own care products in limited batches. This volume allows several trial runs, gives formulators room to fine-tune concentration and stability, and prepares the ground for a smooth transition to larger raw material orders later on.
