Coconut oil, shea butter and candelilla wax are heated until fully melted and homogeneous. Zinc Ricinoleate is incorporated into the hot oil phase under continuous mixing to ensure uniform dispersion. Arrowroot powder is gradually blended into the mixture while stirring to maintain smooth consistency. After partial cooling jojoba oil and vitamin E are added and mixing continues until homogeneous. The blend is poured into molds and allowed to solidify. The final product is a firm deodorant stick with uniform distribution of the active component.
