D-Panthenol 30% for Creams, Shampoos, and Skincare Products
D-Panthenol 30% is a popular cosmetic ingredient widely used in creams, serums, masks, shampoos, conditioners, gels, and SPA products. It is added to formulations designed for facial skincare, body care, hair care, after-sun products, cleansing cosmetics, and professional beauty applications.
The ingredient is highly valued in cosmetic manufacturing because it works well with many common cosmetic raw materials. D-Panthenol 30% is often combined with hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, hydrosols, botanical extracts, proteins, oils, and mild surfactants. It is suitable for cream, gel, and liquid textures.
In facial skincare products, D-Panthenol 30% is commonly used in moisturizing creams, serums, masks, and emulsions. The ingredient helps create a smoother and more comfortable product texture and is widely used in everyday skincare formulations. It is especially popular in products designed for dry and sensitive skin as well as formulas used after intensive cosmetic treatments.
In hair care manufacturing, D-Panthenol 30% is frequently used in shampoos, conditioners, masks, leave-in treatments, and hair serums. It works well with keratin, proteins, plant oils, herbal extracts, and modern hair care ingredients.
The ingredient is also widely used in SPA cosmetics, body gels, after-sun products, cleansing formulas, and lightweight moisturizing products. Due to its good solubility, D-Panthenol 30% is easy to add into the water phase and fits many cosmetic formulations.
The ingredient is usually added during the cooling stage below 40°C. The recommended usage level depends on the product type, desired texture, and overall formulation composition.
