Recipe for lightweight eyebrow and eyelash serum with Capixyl

Purified water 86 g
Capixyl 5 g
Glycerin 4 g
Liquid panthenol 4 ml
Preservative 1 g

To prepare the serum purified water is placed in a mixing vessel followed by glycerin incorporation under stirring to create a uniform base. Capixyl is then added while mixing continues until complete dispersion is achieved. Liquid panthenol is introduced and mixed until homogeneous consistency forms, after which preservative is added and final mixing continues until stable texture is obtained. The result is a transparent lightweight serum suitable for application on brows and lashes and ready for filling.
