Instructions:

1. In a heat-resistant beaker, combine the distilled water and glycerin. Heat to 70-75°C.
2. In a separate heat-resistant beaker, combine the Jojoba oil and emulsifier. Heat to 70-75°C until the emulsifier is fully dissolved.
3. Slowly add the oil phase to the water phase while continuously stirring with a mini-mixer or homogenizer until a uniform emulsion forms.
4. Remove from heat and continue stirring as the emulsion cools to room temperature.
5. Once cooled, gently fold in the Sodium Hyaluronate, CERAMIDE A2, and Panthenol, ensuring they are fully dispersed.
6. Add the preservative and Vitamin E, mixing thoroughly.
7. Transfer the finished serum to a clean serum bottle with a dropper or pump.
