Recipe for eyelash and eyebrow care gel with Tri Lash Pro

Purified water 84 g
Tri Lash Pro 5 ml
Vegetable glycerin 5 g
Panthenol 2 ml
Liquid hydrolyzed keratin 3 ml
Hydroxyethylcellulose 1 g
Phenoxyethanol PG preservative 1 g

Glycerin is dissolved in purified water followed by gradual incorporation of hydroxyethylcellulose under mixing forming clear gel base. Hydrolyzed keratin and Tri Lash Pro are then added and mixed until uniform. Panthenol and preservative are incorporated followed by final mixing and stabilization before filling into mascara type packaging.
