SPHINGOLIPIDS COB biolipid concentrate for skin barrier recovery formulations

SPHINGOLIPIDS COB is incorporated into cosmetic formulations as biolipid concentrate containing lipid components used in development of care products focused on maintaining comfortable skin condition and improving texture perception after application. The ingredient is easily incorporated into emulsion systems, compatible with various actives and suitable for industrial cosmetic manufacturing.

Properties and visible skin performance outcome

Products formulated with this component help create softer skin feel and reduce dryness sensation after cleansing and environmental exposure. After application skin appears smoother while textures feel more comfortable and conditioned.

Recipe for restoring face cream with SPHINGOLIPIDS COB

Purified water 72 g
SPHINGOLIPIDS COB 4 ml
Jojoba oil 7 ml
Shea butter 6 g
Olivem 1000 emulsifier 6 g
Vegetable glycerin 4 g
Panthenol 2 ml
Phenoxyethanol PG preservative 1 g

Glycerin is dissolved in purified water forming uniform base. In separate container shea butter, jojoba oil and emulsifier are melted forming homogeneous oil phase. Oil phase is gradually incorporated into water phase under mixing forming cream texture. After cooling SPHINGOLIPIDS COB, panthenol and preservative are incorporated followed by final mixing and stabilization before packaging.
