Vegetable glycerin 6 g

Broad spectrum preservative 1 g

Water phase emulsifier 2 g

Cucumber extract 4 g

Allantoin 2 g

Combine the water, glycerin and allantoin in a container and warm gently to about 35-38 degrees Celsius. Add the emulsifier and cucumber extract, stirring until the mixture is uniform. Let the blend cool to room temperature before adding Hilurlip, mixing gently without vigorous whisking to protect the liposomal structure. Finish by adding the preservative, transfer the finished gel into an opaque pump bottle and allow it to rest for 24 hours before first use.
