2. In a separate small beaker, add Softy Touch (Phase B).
3. Slowly add Phase B (Softy Touch) to Phase A (water and glycerin mixture) while stirring gently but continuously. Stir until the mixture becomes clear and homogeneous. This indicates that the Softy Touch has effectively solubilized.
4. Once the mixture is clear and fully combined, add the Mild Preservative (Phase C) and stir well to ensure even distribution.
5. Carefully pour the finished micellar water into a clean, sanitized bottle with a dispenser.
