SEPICAP MP 35 g
Purified water 950 ml
Glycerin 70 g
Propanediol 50 g
Panthenol 10 g
Hydroxyethylcellulose 3 g
Preservative system 2 g

Hydroxyethylcellulose is gradually dispersed into purified water under continuous mixing until a uniform base forms. Glycerin and propanediol are added and mixed until homogeneous. SEPICAP MP is introduced and mixed thoroughly until evenly distributed. Panthenol and the preservative system are incorporated while mixing continues. The pH is adjusted to a balanced range suitable for hair care formulations. The final result is a clear conditioning keratin hair spray.
