Sodium Sarcosinate: A Gentle Cleanser for Radiant Skin

Sodium sarcosinate is a versatile and gentle surfactant that has gained popularity in the cosmetic industry due to its mild cleansing properties and environmental friendliness. It is a synthetic compound derived from sarcosine, an amino acid found in the human body.

Why Choose Sodium Sarcosinate?

Mild Cleansing: Sodium sarcosinate effectively removes dirt, oil, and impurities from the skin without stripping it of its natural oils.

Gentle on Skin: It is less irritating than traditional surfactants like sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), making it suitable for sensitive skin and delicate areas.

Non-Comedogenic: Does not clog pores, preventing acne breakouts.

Environmental Friendly: Biodegradable and does not accumulate in the environment.

Versatile Applications: Can be used in a variety of cosmetic products, including shampoos, toothpaste, body washes, and facial cleansers.

Applications in Cosmetics

Shampoos: Provides a gentle cleansing action without drying out the hair or scalp.
