Building Anti-Pollution Skincare Formulas at Industrial Scale
RESASSOL AGP is a concentrated active complex designed for developing modern anti-aging and protective skincare formulations. This ingredient belongs to the category of Active Complexes, which brings together functional components for manufacturing serums, creams, emulsions and other finished care products. The 1 kg packaging is aimed at laboratories, small-batch studios and production lines that require a stable volume of raw material for regular batch output without frequent reordering.
The main function of complexes like this one is to counteract premature skin aging caused by oxidative stress, ultraviolet exposure, urban air pollution and the glycation of collagen fibers. This is precisely why such actives are in demand for developing facial creams, intensive serums, body emulsions and anti-pollution product lines, which today represent one of the fastest growing segments of the global cosmetics market. Manufacturers use concentrates of this type to position their products as a scientifically grounded alternative to classic moisturizing formulas.
In formulations, the active complex is added at the final cooling stage of the emulsion, once the temperature has dropped to around 35-40 degrees, to avoid degradation of the active molecules under high heat. Recommended dosage typically ranges from 1 to 5 percent of the finished product mass, depending on target concentration and formula purpose. Before launching an industrial batch, it is advisable to run laboratory stability and compatibility testing with the selected emulsifiers and thickeners.
The complex combines well with other functional actives, allowing formulators to build layered protective and restorative products. For example, in serums targeting problem zones, such antioxidant complexes are often paired with products like Complex for heavy legs, which enhances the sensation of lightness and tone in leg skin. For formulas focused on firmness and facial contour lifting, manufacturers frequently rely on Intensive Lifting Complex, while gentle care for sensitive areas pairs well with Amisol Trio.
The raw material should be stored in tightly sealed containers, in a dry area protected from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations, away from heat sources and open flame. When storage conditions are respected, the active complex retains its declared properties throughout the shelf life specified by the manufacturer. Before processing a large batch of raw material, it is recommended to run a control test on a small trial emulsion to confirm the expected sensory and functional characteristics of the finished product.
Thanks to its versatile composition, the complex is suitable not only for facial and body skincare but also for hand care products, after-shave emulsions, and functional additives in color cosmetics with a stated antioxidant claim. This broad applicability makes RESASSOL AGP an interesting choice for laboratories expanding their protective and anti-aging product ranges.
Protective Night Emulsion
Distilled water 550 g
Sweet almond oil 70 g
Vegetable emulsifier 45 g
Glycerin 45 g
RESASSOL AGP 32 g
Broad spectrum preservative 8 g
Xanthan gum thickener 4 g
Rosemary essential oil 3 g
Heat the water phase with glycerin to 70 degrees together with the emulsifier until fully dissolved. Warm the almond oil to the same temperature, then combine both phases under continuous stirring until a uniform emulsion forms. Once the mixture cools to around 38 degrees, add RESASSOL AGP, the preservative and the thickener, mixing thoroughly until the texture becomes smooth. Finally, blend in the rosemary essential oil, stir for a few more minutes and pour the finished emulsion into prepared containers.
