Polygreen Sensolive is a lipid structuring complex derived from olive oil fractions. The composition includes Hydrogenated Olive Oil Unsaponifiables, Hydrogenated Ethylhexyl Olivate and Dibutyl Adipate. The ingredient appears as light cream colored flakes or thin plates. When heated it melts easily and dissolves in the oil phase of cosmetic formulations. It is insoluble in water and incorporated exclusively into the lipid phase of emulsions and oil based systems. The olive derived components ensure compatibility with plant oils, waxes and fatty alcohols. The flake format allows accurate dosing and stable processing in laboratory and industrial manufacturing.

Olive oil 110 ml
Macadamia oil 90 ml
Cetyl alcohol 35 g
Candelilla wax 18 g
Purified water 480 ml
Glycerin 70 g
Preservative system 2 g

Polygreen Sensolive is combined with olive oil, macadamia oil, cetyl alcohol and candelilla wax and heated until the lipid phase melts completely. In a separate vessel purified water and glycerin are heated. Once both phases reach similar temperature the oil phase is slowly incorporated into the aqueous phase under continuous mixing forming an emulsion. The mixture is stirred during cooling until a stable creamy structure develops. The preservative system is then incorporated and pH is adjusted to a balanced range suitable for cosmetic emulsions. The final product forms a structured cream with smooth texture.
