Instructions:

1. Prepare Phase A: In a clean, heat-resistant beaker, combine distilled water and glycerin. Slowly sprinkle in the xanthan gum while whisking vigorously to prevent clumping. Continue whisking until the gum is fully hydrated and the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened. You can use a mini-mixer for better dispersion.
2. Add Phase B: Add the Liquid Silver Pearl Pigment directly to Phase A. Stir well until the pigment is thoroughly dispersed and uniform. For optimal dispersion, use a high-shear mixer or homogenizer if available.
3. Combine Phase C: In a separate small beaker, mix Isododecane and Caprylyl Methicone until combined.
4. Combine Phases: Slowly add the Phase C mixture to the combined Phase A & B, stirring continuously. Continue mixing until the entire formulation is homogeneous.
5. Add Phase D: Once the mixture is uniform, add the preservative (Phase D) and mix gently until fully incorporated.
