Recipe Moisturizing gel with NMF system

Water — 80 ml
Pantrofina NMF — 3 g
Glycerin — 5 ml
Panthenol — 2 g
Sodium PCA — 1 g
Allantoin — 0.5 g
Carbomer — 0.3 g
Phenoxyethanol — 0.8 g

Carbomer is dispersed in water phase followed by addition of Pantrofina NMF. Ingredients are mixed and stabilized.
