1. Prepare Phase A: In a heat-resistant beaker, combine distilled water and glycerin (and rose hydrosol if using). Gently heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F).
2. Prepare Phase B: In a separate heat-resistant beaker, combine sweet almond oil, emulsifying wax NF, and cetyl alcohol. Gently heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F) until all solids are completely melted and clear.
3. Emulsify: Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously mixing with a stick blender or high-shear mixer. Blend vigorously until a smooth, uniform emulsion forms.
4. Cool Down: Continue mixing occasionally while the emulsion cools down to below 40°C (104°F). As it cools, it will thicken.
5. Add Phase C: Once cooled sufficiently, add the Fragrance Oil "Love Story Chloe", liquid preservative, and Vitamin E. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
6. Package: Transfer the finished body lotion into clean, sanitized bottles or jars.
