2. In a separate small beaker, combine the Fragrance Oil Starfruit and Polysorbate 20 (Phase B). Stir gently until the fragrance oil is fully dissolved and the mixture is clear.
3. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A while stirring continuously. Ensure the mixture remains clear.
4. Once fully combined, gently mix for a few more minutes to ensure homogeneity.
5. Carefully pour the Refreshing Starfruit Body Mist into a clean spray bottle.
