Instructions:

Heat Phase A ingredients to 75°C with continuous stirring until the carbomer is fully dispersed.

In a separate beaker, heat Phase B ingredients to 75°C until completely melted and homogenous.

Slowly add Phase B to Phase A while continuously mixing with a homogenizer or high-shear mixer. Mix for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and begin to cool while stirring gently.

Once the emulsion has cooled to around 60°C, slowly add Triethanolamine (TEA) to neutralize the carbomer and achieve the desired viscosity and pH (6.0-6.5). Monitor with a pH meter.

Continue cooling. Once the temperature drops below 40°C, add Phase C ingredients (Fragrance White Gardenia USA and preservative) and mix gently until well incorporated.

Package in suitable containers.
