3	In a separate beaker, combine cetearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, and shea butter (Phase B). Heat to 70-75°C.
4	Gradually add Phase B to Phase A while stirring continuously until a homogenous emulsion is formed.
5	Remove from heat and allow to cool to 40°C while stirring gently.
6	Add White Gardenia Fragrance USA, phenoxyethanol, and ethylhexylglycerin (Phase C) to the emulsion. Stir until well incorporated.
7	Adjust pH if necessary.
8	Package in suitable containers.
