Instructions for Preparation:

1. Sanitize: Thoroughly sanitize all your equipment (heat-resistant beaker, stirring rod, measuring spoons/pipettes, lip balm tubes/tins) with isopropyl alcohol and allow them to air dry completely.
2. Melt the Base: Place the desired amount of Lip Balm Base into a heat-resistant beaker. Gently melt the base using a double boiler or in a microwave on low heat, stirring occasionally, until it is fully liquid and clear. Avoid overheating.
3. Add Jojoba Oil: Once the Lip Balm Base is completely melted, add the Jojoba Oil to the beaker. Stir gently until fully combined.
4. Add Flavor and Vitamin E: Remove the beaker from the heat. Allow the mixture to cool slightly (to around 50-60°C or 122-140°F). Add the Vanilla Flavor Oil and Vitamin E Oil. Stir very well to ensure even distribution of the flavor.
5. Pour into Containers: Carefully and quickly pour the liquid lip balm mixture into your clean lip balm tubes or small tins. Fill just to the top, as it will slightly recede as it cools.
6. Cool and Set: Allow the lip balms to cool completely and solidify at room temperature (this may take 30 minutes to an hour, or longer for larger tins). For a faster set, you can place them in the refrigerator, but ensure they are level.
