3. Add Actives/Flavor: Once the base is fully melted, remove it from the heat. Add the Vanilla Flavor Oil and Vitamin E Oil. Stir gently but thoroughly for about 1-2 minutes to ensure all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Avoid creating bubbles.
