A Vitamin Trio Built for High-Performance Antioxidant Formulas
Nano-ACE is a concentrated blend of three classic antioxidants, vitamins A, C and E, converted into a nanoencapsulated form for deeper penetration into skin structures and improved shelf stability. This delivery technology allows active molecules to retain their properties longer than in traditional oil solutions, while also lowering the risk of oxidation from air and light exposure. The 500 ml packaging is aimed at labs and manufacturing facilities that need a steady supply of raw material for regular batch production of serums, creams, emulsions and lotions without frequent small-volume purchases.
This component belongs to the Active Complexes category, which brings together concentrated functional additives for skincare and anti-aging cosmetic manufacturing. The main application area for Nano-ACE covers anti-aging serums, face and body creams, products for sensitive or tired skin, and recovery formulas used after intensive treatments. Vitamin A supports cell renewal, vitamin C acts as a brightening and antioxidant agent, and vitamin E protects the lipid barrier while stabilizing other ingredients against oxidation. Combined, these three substances create a synergistic effect that is difficult to achieve when each vitamin is added separately.
In industrial formulations, Nano-ACE is typically introduced at the final stage, into the cold phase, at temperatures not exceeding 40 degrees, to avoid breaking down the active molecules. Recommended dosage usually ranges from 1 to 5 percent of the total formula weight, though the exact concentration should be adjusted based on the specific product goal. The complex pairs well with hyaluronic acid, plant oils, panthenol and peptide complexes, and it also complements more specialized products such as the Anti-cellulite complex, reinforcing antioxidant protection during intensive body treatments.
When developing multi-step skincare routines, Nano-ACE is often combined with exfoliating products, since renewed skin absorbs vitamin complexes more effectively. A good pairing in such a routine is the Peeling emulsion 25%, which prepares the skin surface before applying concentrated active formulas. The complex can also be used within multifunctional morning care products, complementing formulas such as the Active complex Breakfast for skin, to build balanced antioxidant protection throughout the day.
Beyond the cosmetics industry, blends of vitamins A, C and E are also used in functional food supplements and household chemical products where oxidation control is essential. Still, the most in-demand segment remains skincare and anti-aging cosmetics, where nanoscale delivery boosts the performance of these classic actives. Nano-ACE should be stored in a tightly closed container, in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations, to keep the vitamin complex stable throughout its use in industrial production cycles.
Brightening Antioxidant Emulsion for Batch Production
Distilled water 650 ml
Emulsifying wax 70 ml
Jojoba oil 150 ml
Nano-ACE 40 ml
Panthenol 20 ml
Preservative 10 ml
Heat the jojoba oil together with the emulsifying wax to 70 degrees, while warming the distilled water separately to the same temperature. Slowly pour the water phase into the oil phase while stirring continuously until a uniform emulsion forms, then cool the mixture down to 35 degrees. At this stage add panthenol and the preservative, followed carefully by Nano-ACE, blending gently to keep the nanocapsules intact. Transfer the finished emulsion into containers and let it stabilize for 24 hours before testing the production batch.
