Purified Water 45 ml
Lavender Hydrolate 30 ml
Matrixyl Morphomics 3 g
Propanediol 5 ml
Betaine 3 g
Oat Extract water soluble 5 ml
Carbomer 0.8 g
Cosmetic Preservative 1 g

To prepare the serum purified water and lavender hydrolate are combined and mixed until uniform. Carbomer is evenly dispersed over the liquid surface and allowed to hydrate fully, then gently mixed to form a gel base. Matrixyl Morphomics is pre dissolved in a portion of the water phase and incorporated into the main batch with gentle stirring.
