Recipe for a moisturizing emulsion targeting even skin appearance with Matrixyl Morphomics

Purified Water 40 ml
Rosemary Hydrolate 30 ml
Matrixyl Morphomics 3 g
Propanediol 6 ml
Sodium PCA 3 g
Aloe Vera Extract water soluble 5 ml
Olivem 1000 Emulsifier 4 g
Cosmetic Preservative 1 g

To prepare the emulsion purified water and rosemary hydrolate are combined and gently heated until uniform. In a separate container Olivem 1000 is prepared and incorporated into the water phase with gentle mixing to form a light emulsion structure. After cooling Matrixyl Morphomics is pre dissolved in a portion of the water phase and added to the main batch. Propanediol, sodium PCA and aloe vera extract are then incorporated and mixed until homogeneous. At the final stage the preservative is added and the formulation is blended until stable.
