Ginger Essential Oil for Bulk Flavoring, Perfumery and Warming Body Care Lines
Ginger essential oil is steam distilled from the root, and its concentrated spicy profile has secured it a place across several industries at once - food manufacturing, perfumery, household chemistry and personal care production. The 1 liter format is aimed at businesses that work with consistent volumes: flavor and beverage manufacturers, perfumery workshops, and cosmetic facilities running continuous production lines that need predictable quality batch after batch without frequent reordering of small containers.
This product belongs to the Essential Oils category, which brings together natural concentrates used across many production fields worldwide: the food industry, where ginger oil flavors beverages, baked goods, sauces and marinades; perfumery, where it contributes a warm spicy heart or base note; and household chemistry, where it scents candles, sachets and home care products. A separate direction is personal care, where ginger oil is valued for the warming sensation it creates on skin and is used in massage oils, anti cellulite blends, warming balms for joints and muscles, and in scalp stimulating hair care formulas.
In perfume compositions ginger oil is typically dosed at one to five percent of the total fragrance mass, blended with citrus, woody and spicy accords. It pairs particularly well with Rosemary Essential Oil, which brings a fresh herbal edge and reinforces the invigorating effect of body care blends. For more complex warming formulas ginger is combined with Hyssop essential oil, while Mango Essential Oil can soften the sharpness of the spicy note and add a fruity roundness to body compositions.
In skin and hair formulas ginger oil is almost never used undiluted - it is blended into carrier oils at one to three percent, introduced during the oil phase mixing stage at room temperature or a gently warmed base not exceeding forty five degrees Celsius, preserving its volatile aromatic components. In food flavoring and beverages the dosage is far lower, from hundredths to tenths of a percent, added at the final stage once the product has cooled. For candles and household chemistry products the typical share is one to three percent of the base mass, added once the melt has cooled to a safe temperature but before it sets.
Ginger oil should be stored in a tightly sealed dark glass container, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources and open flame. Under these conditions the concentrate retains its aromatic strength and activity over a long period, which is particularly relevant when purchasing the 1 liter format for ongoing production needs.
Warming Massage Candle for Studio Production
Ginger oil 12 ml
Soy wax 400 g
Shea butter 100 g
Coconut oil 50 ml
Melt
the soy wax together with shea butter and coconut oil over a water bath until
fully liquid, then remove from heat and let the mixture cool to around forty
five degrees Celsius. Stir in the ginger oil thoroughly, pour the blend into
heat resistant glass jars with a wick centered in each one, and leave to set at
room temperature for several hours before use. Once lit, the candle melts into
a warm massage oil that can be applied directly to the skin after cooling to a
comfortable temperature.
