Classic No. 3 Flavor Concentrate, 5 ml

Classic No. 3 Flavor Concentrate

The Classic No. 3 profile combines spice, a light bitterness and soft honey sweetness. The concentrate belongs to the premium flavor concentrates range and suits caramel, spiced baking, glazes and desserts with dark notes.

Use and dosage

Working dosage: 0.5–1 % in drinks, 1–2 % in creams and fillings, up to 3 % in baking. For a fuller profile, try blending it with Coffee Flavor Concentrate, 5 ml. Other formats and tastes are collected in the food flavorings catalog.

Pack size

The 5 ml bottle is handy for test recipes and small batches. For production, Classic No. 3 Flavor Concentrate, 1 L is more economical.
