A concentrated fat-soluble booster built for large-scale skincare manufacturing
Vitamin AEF Complex brings together retinol, tocopherol and linoleic acid in one concentrate, giving manufacturers a ready synergy of regenerating and antioxidant action without the need to dose each vitamin separately. The 1 liter format is designed specifically for factories and production lines that require a steady, reliable supply of raw material rather than a small trial batch. This complex belongs to the Vitamins
section, which brings together active ingredients used across professional cosmetic and adjacent formulations.
The strongest demand for AEF Complex comes from the skincare manufacturing sector: day and night creams, body lotions, lip balms, nail strengthening treatments and hair repair serums all rely on this blend for its restorative properties. The complex is also widely used in after-sun and sun care products, since tocopherol and linoleic acid support faster skin recovery following UV exposure. In pharmaceutical-adjacent manufacturing, similar blends appear as components of external skin-softening preparations, while in massage oil and spa product lines AEF is a frequently requested ingredient. Its use in household chemistry or candle making is minimal, since the formula is specifically oriented toward skin care applications.
The complex should be introduced into the oil phase of an emulsion during the cooling stage, at a temperature not exceeding 40-45 degrees Celsius, to preserve the stability of the active molecules. A typical dosage ranges from 1 to 5 percent of the total finished product mass, depending on the formulation type and desired concentration. AEF Complex pairs well with other vitamin additives, such as Vitamin B5 PP C and hyaluronic acid 10 ml, allowing manufacturers to combine hydrating and regenerating effects in one product. It also works effectively alongside Vitamin PP 10 ml for addressing signs of tired-looking skin, and with Vitamin B, E, C Complex 10 g for extended antioxidant coverage in the finished formula.
Store the AEF Complex in a tightly sealed container, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, in a cool and dark place, as fat-soluble vitamins are sensitive to oxidation. Once opened, the product should be used within a reasonable timeframe and exposure to air should be minimized. Proper storage conditions help the active compounds retain their potency for the full declared shelf life, which is particularly relevant for manufacturers handling large volumes of raw material on a regular production schedule.
Regenerating body butter with AEF Complex
Distilled water 600 ml
Vegetable emulsifier 65 g
Shea butter 90 g
Sweet almond oil 100 g
Vitamin AEF Complex 30 ml
Broad spectrum preservative 8 ml
Fragrance oil 5 ml
Heat
the water phase to 70 degrees Celsius, and separately melt the shea butter and
almond oil to the same temperature, then combine both phases and homogenize
until a smooth emulsion forms. Cool the mixture while stirring continuously
down to 40 degrees, then add the Vitamin AEF Complex, preservative and
fragrance oil, mixing thoroughly until the finished body butter is uniform and
