Industrial-grade botanical base for body care and joint comfort lines
Sabelnik (marsh cinquefoil) extract concentrate is a densely loaded botanical raw material obtained through deep extraction of the rhizomes and aerial parts of the plant, long used in topical body and joint comfort products. The 1 liter packaging is aimed at manufacturers working with medium to large production batches - contract laboratories, cosmetic factories, topical pharmaceutical workshops and household chemistry lines that need reliable supply and batch-to-batch consistency. This item belongs to the Extract Concentrates category, which brings together botanical concentrates used across cosmetic, fragrance and functional product manufacturing.
The main application area for sabelnik is body care with a cooling and toning effect: leg gels and creams after physical strain, joint and muscle balms, massage compositions, sports and recovery cosmetics. Beyond that, the concentrate is used in hand and body creams, lotions, toning serums, and occasionally in household chemistry formulas where a botanical component supports the product positioning. Food and pharmaceutical use is less common but growing steadily in the functional topical products segment.
The extract blends well with most water-based and water-alcohol systems and can be introduced into the water phase of an emulsion at temperatures not exceeding 40-45 degrees to preserve the activity of the botanical components. Adding it to hot phases above 60 degrees is not recommended since it reduces the concentrate effectiveness. Standard dosage in finished cosmetic formulas ranges from 1 to 5 percent of total mass, while more concentrated professional lines may go up to 8-10 percent, with the exact level defined by the formulator based on the target effect.
In industrial formulas sabelnik is often paired with other botanical concentrates to strengthen the combined action and broaden the product story. For tired-leg skincare lines it pairs well with Hop Extract Concentrate, which adds a calming component, while toning face serums and lotions often combine it with Cornflower Extract Concentrate, known for its refreshing properties. For lines built around a botanical positioning story, Verbena Extract Concentrate makes an interesting partner, giving the finished formula an additional herbal note and rounded profile.
Store the concentrate in a tightly closed dark plastic or glass container, in a dry area away from direct sunlight, at temperatures between 5 and 25 degrees, away from heating sources. Once opened, use the raw material within the period stated on the packaging, keeping moisture and foreign matter out of the container. The 1 liter format is convenient for calculating serial production batches without frequent re-ordering, reducing logistics costs in an established manufacturing cycle.
