Bright Lemon Neon Tone Built for High-Volume Production
A 500 g package is designed for manufacturers who need a reliable, ready-to-use batch of raw material without frequent reordering — makers of plastics, printing inks, candles, body art products, and decorative cosmetics. This pigment belongs to the Fluorescent Pigments section, which brings together neon shades for materials that need vivid glow under both daylight and UV light.
The main field of use for lemon fluorescent pigment is coloring polymers and plastisols: it is widely applied in signal products, sporting goods, fishing lures, packaging elements, and industrial marking where high visibility matters most. The pigment is also popular in printing for vivid neon inks on labels and textile prints. In candle making it is blended into paraffin or gel wax to produce bright decorative pieces, while in decorative cosmetics it is used for body art, face paint, and bold makeup accents. Soap making remains only one of several secondary options, though the pigment works fine for tinting soap bases when an intense lemon neon shade is needed.
The pigment offers strong coverage and color stability even at low dosages — typically between 0.1 and 1 percent of the total mass, depending on the desired intensity and the type of carrier material. It should be added while the base or melt is still fluid and easy to stir, at a temperature that does not exceed the heat resistance of the specific carrier — for waxes and paraffins this usually falls between 60 and 80 degrees Celsius, while plastisols should follow the polymer manufacturer's technical guidelines. Before adding, mix the pigment thoroughly to avoid clumping.
Lemon pairs well with other shades in the fluorescent range, making it easy to build gradient transitions and multicolor designs. For contrasting accents, many formulators reach for Fluorescent pigment orange, while warmer red-orange tones can be achieved with Fluorescent pigment Red orange HP 14. If a vivid pink accent is needed within the same series, it's worth considering Pink Fluorescent Pigment — combining these shades creates a wide palette for both industrial and creative coloring work.
Store the pigment in a dry place away from direct sunlight, in a tightly closed container, avoiding moisture exposure since this can affect the powder's uniformity during dosing. Room temperature storage without sharp fluctuations is recommended.
Neon acrylic craft paint batch for outdoor signage
Acrylic paint base 3000 g
Lemon Fluorescent Pigment 20 g
Binder resin 150 ml
Matte thickening agent 30 g
Warm
the acrylic base gently to around 40 degrees Celsius while stirring
continuously, then slowly add the binder resin until the mixture becomes smooth
and slightly glossy. Sprinkle the pigment in gradually, mixing thoroughly
between additions to prevent streaking and ensure even color saturation
throughout the batch. Finally, stir in the thickening agent until the desired
consistency is reached, then transfer the paint into sealed containers and let
it rest for a few hours before use to allow the color to fully stabilize.
