FiberHance 100 ml

FiberHance technological active for strengthening hair structure in professional formulations

FiberHance is a functional ingredient designed for hair care systems aimed at enhancing fiber strength and resistance to mechanical stress. The component integrates into water based and cream systems and is compatible with conditioning agents. The format is suitable for private label development and serial manufacturing due to predictable formulation behavior.

Properties and hair appearance outcome

FiberHance supports a denser and more resilient feel along the hair length. In finished products it contributes to smoother visual appearance without heaviness. After use hair appears more structured and manageable while maintaining softness.

Application across industries

FiberHance is incorporated into shampoos, conditioners, masks and leave in treatments. The ingredient is widely used in professional repair programs and product lines designed for weakened or treated hair.

It is introduced into the water phase or during the cooling stage with proper mixing to ensure even distribution.

Recipe for a strengthening hair mask with FiberHance

Purified water 68 g
Conditioning emulsion base 15 g
FiberHance 6 g
Glycerin 4 g
Panthenol 3 g
Hydrolyzed protein 3 g
Preservative 1 g

To prepare the mask the emulsion base is blended with purified water until a uniform cream structure forms. FiberHance is added and evenly dispersed throughout the system. Glycerin, panthenol and hydrolyzed protein are incorporated while mixing continues to obtain a dense homogeneous texture without separation. The preservative is added at the final stage and the product is mixed until stable consistency is achieved. After cooling the mask maintains uniformity during storage.

FiberHance is positioned for B2B development of stable hair care formulations, supporting scalable production and reproducible performance in serial manufacturing.
