Bringing bakery-style blueberry and cinnamon flavor to industrial batches
The Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble Flavor in a 1 liter container is built for manufacturers who need consistent taste replication across large production runs without frequent reordering. This concentrated blend recreates the comforting profile of baked blueberry crumble with warm cinnamon spice, a flavor combination that performs strongly across dairy, bakery and beverage categories worldwide. As part of the Flavorings and flavor additives range, it gives manufacturers a reliable way to deliver a recognizable dessert taste without depending on seasonal fruit availability.
At this volume, the flavor is primarily suited for conveyor-line and semi-industrial production: dairy desserts, yogurts, ice cream, bakery fillings, coffee shop syrups, soft drinks and snack products. Formulators typically use a dosage between 0.3 and 1.5 ml per kilogram of finished product, adjusting for fat content, sweetness and the intensity required. It is best introduced at the final stage of processing, once the base has cooled below 60 degrees Celsius, since heat-sensitive aromatic compounds can otherwise degrade during boiling or prolonged cooking.
Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble blends naturally with creamy and dairy notes, which is why it is frequently layered with other flavor concentrates to build a more complex dessert profile. A small addition of a smooth dairy-based note such as the Vanilla Cream Food Flavor can round out the finish, while a citrus-forward line might pair it with Food Flavor Orange for a fresher contrast. For candy-style or caramel applications, the Food Flavor Montpensier offers an interesting complementary sweetness.
Beyond food production, this concentrate is also used in scented candle making, home fragrance sachets and room diffusers, where the warm blueberry and cinnamon combination evokes a cozy, freshly baked atmosphere. When used in candles, it should be added after the wax has been removed from heat and cooled slightly, to reduce evaporation of the volatile aromatic fractions.
Store the flavor in a tightly sealed container, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, at room temperature in a dry area. The 1 liter format is designed for facilities that need a predictable supply for several weeks or a full month of continuous production without disruption to their formulation schedule.
