Hydroxyethylcellulose 7 g

Sodium citrate 5 g

Hydroxyethylcellulose is dispersed in purified water until a clear gel base forms. Glycerin and Volum Cils are incorporated with continuous mixing until a uniform structure is obtained. Panthenol and aloe extract are then blended into the formulation ensuring even distribution. The pH of the system is adjusted using sodium citrate until a stable gel structure forms. The result is a transparent eyelash serum with light gel texture.
