Formulation guidelines

Add VEXEL during the cooling phase below 40 °C after the primary emulsion has been prepared.

Mix thoroughly until completely dispersed throughout the formulation.

Sweet almond oil 70 g

MCT oil 40 g

Olivem 1000 50 g

Cetyl alcohol 20 g

Panthenol 20 g

Vitamin E 5 g

Preservative 10 g

Cosmetic fragrance 5 g

Prepare the water and oil phases separately according to the emulsifier system.

After emulsification, cool the product below 40 °C.

Add VEXEL followed by panthenol, vitamin E, preservative and fragrance.

Mix thoroughly until uniform before packaging.
