Directions:

1. Combine the water phase ingredients (Aloe Vera Gel, Hyaluronic Acid Solution, Distilled water) in a beaker.
2. In a separate beaker, dissolve the Uva Ursi Extract, Niacinamide, and Vitamin C into a small amount of distilled water.
3. Add the dissolved ingredients to the water phase and mix thoroughly.
4. Add the Azelaic Acid Solution and mix.
5. Add the preservative and mix well.
6. Adjust the pH if necessary.
7. Package in a suitable container.
