A Cellular Renewal Complex Built for Mature Skin Recovery
Homeo-Age is a concentrated biotechnological ingredient developed to address visible signs of skin aging at the cellular level. It belongs to the Anti-Age Actives category, which brings together some of the most globally sought-after ingredients for anti-aging serums, creams, and concentrates. The 5 gram packaging is well suited for home-scale cosmetic formulation and small trial batches, allowing formulators to test the ingredient's performance before scaling a recipe into larger production.
The primary application of Homeo-Age lies in professional and home skincare formulations aimed at supporting cell vitality and stimulating natural renewal processes within the skin. It is widely used in the production of night creams, intensive serums, ampoule concentrates, and masks designed for mature skin types. Beyond cosmetics, similar biotechnological complexes are applied in dermatological product development for skin affected by premature aging caused by ultraviolet exposure, air pollution, and chronic stress.
The mechanism of action is tied to maintaining cellular homeostasis and activating regenerative processes at the epidermal level. The ingredient is frequently combined with other anti-age actives to enhance overall formulation performance. It pairs well with Ectoin, which protects cells from stress-related damage and helps maintain their stability, as well as with Snow Algae Powder, known for its influence on skin stem cells and extending their lifecycle. For formulas targeting a pronounced lifting effect, recipes are often supplemented with Easyliance, which supports skin firmness and density.
The recommended dosage of Homeo-Age ranges from 2 to 5 percent of the total formulation weight, with the exact concentration depending on the target formula and desired intensity of action. The ingredient should be introduced during the final stage of preparation, in the cool phase, at a temperature not exceeding 40 degrees Celsius, to avoid degrading the active molecules. Prior to incorporation, it is recommended to dissolve the powder in a small amount of distilled water or hydrosol, then carefully blend the resulting solution into the base emulsion under slow, continuous stirring.
Homeo-Age should be stored in a dry, cool place protected from direct sunlight, in tightly sealed packaging to prevent contact with moisture and air. When storage conditions are respected, the ingredient retains its activity throughout the entire stated shelf life. Using clean, dry utensils when measuring the powder is recommended to prevent microbial contamination of the remaining product.
This biotech complex is also of interest to niche cosmetic developers creating signature product lines focused on cellular renewal and restoring skin tone after the age of 35. It can be incorporated into base creams, serum gels, and targeted concentrates, with dosage adjusted according to the specific goal of the formulation.
Renewal Ampoule Concentrate
Gel serum base 88 ml
Homeo-Age 3 g
Ectoin 1 g
Squalane 4 ml
Broad spectrum preservative 4 g
Warm
the gel base gently to no more than 40 degrees Celsius using a water bath, then
remove from heat. Dissolve the Homeo-Age and Ectoin powders separately in a
small amount of distilled water until fully dissolved, then blend the mixture
into the cooled base in small portions while stirring slowly and continuously.
Add the squalane followed by the preservative, mixing thoroughly until the
texture becomes uniform. Transfer the finished concentrate into a glass dropper
bottle and allow it to stabilize in a cool, dark place for 24 hours before
first use.
