Recipe for light moisturizing lotion with trehalose
Purified water 90 ml
Trehalose 4 g
Light cosmetic oil 3 ml
Cosmetic emulsifier 2 g
Preservative 1 ml
To prepare the lotion, trehalose is dissolved in water under mixing until uniform solution forms. In a separate vessel oil and emulsifier are blended, after which water phase is gradually incorporated under mixing until light emulsion develops. After cooling preservative is added while mixing continues until stable texture forms. The finished product spreads easily across skin and maintains stability during storage.
