Product Description
ResistHyal functional component for stabilization of hydration systems and textures
ResistHyal is a specialized cosmetic ingredient used as a raw material in formulation systems designed to stabilize moisture and product structure. This functional ingredient is applied in manufacturing as part of an active system that builds balanced textures and uniform water phase distribution. It shows strong compatibility with emulsifier systems, stabilizers and rheology modifiers, making it suitable for advanced formulation design. ResistHyal integrates into formulations without disrupting phase structure and supports long term stability.
Functional properties and role
ResistHyal enhances the ability of formulation systems to retain moisture and stabilize the water phase. It builds a structured environment that ensures uniform distribution of components. It does not negatively affect rheology and is compatible with preservatives such as Phenoxyethanol and Euxyl PE 9010. Its use improves formulation stability and consistency.
Properties and result
In finished products ResistHyal provides stable texture and uniform moisture retention. It helps prevent structural degradation and maintains product consistency. When combined with Carbomer or Xanthan Gum it enhances structural integrity and prevents separation, ensuring predictable performance.
Purpose
The ingredient is designed to stabilize hydration systems and maintain formulation structure. It allows development of stable products without increasing formulation complexity.
Application
The main segment is cosmetic manufacturing including creams, gels, serums and lotions. In hair care it is used in moisturizing systems. In cleaning formulations it reduces surfactant harshness. In fragrance products it supports stability. In SPA applications it is used in professional care. It is widely used in contract manufacturing and private label production.
Recipe Hydrating cream gel with stable structure
Water — 72 ml
ResistHyal — 2.5 g
Olivem 1000 — 5 g
Caprylic Capric Triglyceride — 8 ml
Glycerin — 5 ml
Carbomer — 0.3 g
Sodium PCA — 1 g
Euxyl PE 9010 — 0.8 g
Carbomer is dispersed in the water phase followed by heating. The oil phase is prepared separately. After combining phases homogenization is performed. The active ingredient is added at lower temperature with continuous mixing. Preservative is added at the final stage followed by stabilization.
Manufacturing stability
ResistHyal ensures stable production and batch consistency. It integrates easily into industrial processes and maintains product quality across production cycles.
