Xanthan gum is dispersed into purified water under continuous mixing until a stable gel is formed. Propanediol is incorporated to optimize texture. Spinach Powder is pre hydrated with a portion of aloe extract to create a smooth slurry and gradually blended into the gel phase ensuring even suspension. In a separate vessel jojoba oil and emulsifier are heated until homogeneous and then incorporated into the main phase with steady mixing. After full homogenization the preservative system is added and pH is adjusted to a balanced range suitable for gel emulsion systems. The final product is a dense green emulsion mask with uniform botanical dispersion.
