Instructions:

1. In a heat-safe beaker, combine the distilled water and glycerin (water phase). Heat to 70-75°C.
2. In a separate heat-safe beaker, combine the emulsifying wax, cetyl alcohol, and jojoba oil (oil phase). Heat to 70-75°C until the waxes are completely melted.
3. Slowly pour the oil phase into the water phase while continuously stirring with a mini mixer or whisk until a smooth emulsion forms.
4. Remove from heat and continue stirring gently as the emulsion cools down.
5. Once the mixture has cooled to around 40°C, gently fold in the Winter Pearl pigment, ensuring even distribution.
6. Add the preservative and Vitamin E oil, mixing thoroughly.
