Product Description
Micron pearlescent pigment with warm peach tone for decorative and industrial formulations
Peach pearlescent pigment is an effect pigment based on layered mineral particles typically mica coated with metal oxides. It is identified internationally as Mica Titanium Dioxide Iron Oxides or Peach Pearlescent Pigment. This ingredient is used in formulation systems as an optical modifier creating a soft warm tone with a pearlescent shine. The particles reflect and scatter light producing depth and glow. The pigment is insoluble and remains chemically stable within the system. It withstands high temperatures and is compatible with water oil and silicone bases.
Behavior in formulation systems
The pigment does not dissolve but disperses uniformly when properly mixed. It requires mechanical dispersion using mixers or homogenizers. It can be introduced into oil or water phase depending on the formulation. It shows strong adhesion and uniform coverage. With proper processing it does not form agglomerates or sediment.
Visual effect and texture impact
Provides a soft peach tone with pearlescent shine and depth. Enhances visual appearance of cosmetic products. Creates uniform glow in decorative systems. Does not significantly affect viscosity but may increase density at higher levels.
Application areas
Used in cosmetics decorative coatings soap making candle production and food decoration. Applied in eyeshadows powders lip products creams and serums. Also used in decorative soap and candles. In food systems used as decorative pigment under approved standards. In contract manufacturing used for custom visual formulations.
Incorporation into formulations
Added during dispersion stage. Usage level from 0.1% to 10%. Recommended to pre mix with glycerin or oil for better distribution. In water systems dispersing agents are used. Proper mixing is required.
Recipe
Pearlescent liquid soap with peach effect
Ingredients:
Water — 60 ml
Glycerin — 15 ml
Cocamidopropyl Betaine — 10 ml
Mild surfactant — 10 ml
Peach pearlescent pigment — 2 g
Thickener — 1 g
Preservative — 1 ml
Fragrance — 1 ml
Technology:
Water is heated to 40–45°C and glycerin is added and mixed until fully dissolved. Surfactants are introduced and mixed to obtain a uniform base without excessive foaming. The pigment is pre dispersed in a small amount of glycerin until a smooth paste without lumps is obtained. This dispersion is added to the main batch and mixed thoroughly until even color distribution is achieved. Thickener is added to adjust viscosity. Below 35°C preservative and fragrance are added. Final product is checked for uniformity and stability.
Instruction
Pre disperse pigment before use. Control dosage and mixing speed. Store in dry conditions away from moisture.
Manufacturing stability
Maintains color and shine during scale up. Suitable for industrial production and ensures consistent batch quality.
