3. Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously mixing with a stick blender or high-shear mixer. Continue blending until a stable emulsion forms and the mixture starts to thicken.
4. Remove from heat and continue to mix occasionally as the lotion cools down to approximately 40°C (104°F). This helps to ensure a smooth consistency.
5. Once cooled, add the ingredients from Phase C (Fragrance Oil The Icon Antonio Banderas, Preservative). Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution of the fragrance and preservative.
