2. Prepare Phase B: In a separate heat-resistant beaker, combine emulsifying wax NF, sweet almond oil, and shea butter. Heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F) until all ingredients are completely melted and clear.
3. Emulsify: Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously mixing with a stick blender or high-shear mixer. Continue blending until a stable, homogeneous emulsion forms and the mixture begins to thicken.
4. Cool Down: Continue mixing intermittently while the lotion cools down to approximately 40°C (104°F).
5. Add Phase C: Once cooled, add Fragrance Oil The Icon Antonio Banderas, preservative, and Vitamin E. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
6. Package: Transfer the finished lotion into a clean, sanitized pump bottle or jar.
