1. Heat the distilled water in a double boiler until it reaches approximately 70°C (158°F).
2. In a separate container, combine the emulsifying wax and sweet almond oil. Heat until the wax melts completely, also around 70°C (158°F).
3. Slowly pour the water phase into the oil phase, continuously stirring with a stick blender.
4. Blend the mixture until a smooth emulsion forms.
5. Allow the mixture to cool to approximately 40°C (104°F).
6. Add the Shiseido Vocalise fragrance oil and preservative. Stir thoroughly.
7. Transfer the lotion to a clean, airtight container.
