2. In a separate heat-safe beaker, combine the ingredients of Phase B and heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F), stirring gently until the waxes and butters are melted.
3. Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously stirring with a stick blender or hand mixer until a smooth emulsion forms.
4. Continue stirring gently as the mixture cools to below 40°C (104°F).
5. Once cooled, add the ingredients of Phase C and stir gently until fully incorporated.
6. Transfer the finished lotion into a clean container.
