3. Emulsification: Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously stirring with a stick blender or high-shear mixer. Continue blending until a stable, homogeneous emulsion forms and the mixture starts to cool and thicken.
4. Cool Down: Continue stirring occasionally as the lotion cools to below 40°C (104°F). This helps to ensure a smooth texture and prevents the fragrance and preservative from degrading due to excessive heat.
5. Phase C Integration: Once the lotion has cooled sufficiently, add the Fragrance Oil "Pure Purple Hugo", preservative (e.g., Liquid Germall Plus), and Vitamin E. Mix thoroughly until all additives are fully incorporated and the fragrance is evenly distributed.
