3. Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously mixing with a homogenizer or high-shear mixer until a smooth emulsion forms.
4. Continue stirring while allowing the emulsion to cool down to approximately 40°C (104°F).
5. Once cooled, gently incorporate the Perfume Fragrance Oil Fleur Narcotique Ex Nihilo and Vitamin E (Phase C) into the emulsion, stirring until evenly distributed.
6. Finally, add the preservative (Phase D) and mix thoroughly.
7. Adjust the pH of the final product if necessary (typically between 5.0 and 6.0 for optimal skin compatibility).
