Formic Acid 25 g

Formic Acid concentrated organic acid for precise pH adjustment in aqueous systems

Formic Acid is a monobasic organic acid with high solubility in water and strong pH adjusting capability. In cosmetic and industrial manufacturing it functions as a technological regulator and formulation stabilizer. The clear liquid concentrate allows accurate dosing and rapid distribution within aqueous systems.

Properties and formulation outcome

Formic Acid enables fast achievement of the required acidity level without affecting clarity. After pH correction the formulation maintains uniform structure and transparency. The ingredient supports reproducible performance during industrial production.

Application across industries

Formic Acid is used in toners, lotions, gels and technical aqueous solutions requiring controlled acidity. It supports private label manufacturing and scalable industrial processes. The ingredient is gradually incorporated into the water phase with continuous mixing and pH monitoring.

Recipe corrective aqueous solution

Purified water 94 g
Formic Acid 1.2 g
Glycerin 2 g
Panthenol 1.3 g
Preservative 1.5 g

To prepare the solution water is combined with glycerin until uniform. Formic Acid is added gradually under continuous mixing while monitoring pH until the desired level is reached. After stabilization panthenol and preservative are incorporated to complete the system. The final product is a clear aqueous solution with stable acidity suitable for professional manufacturing.

Formic Acid is positioned for B2B industrial use ensuring precise pH control, formulation reproducibility and scalable production stability.
