Bulk Walnut Oil Supply for High-Volume Manufacturing Lines
Walnut oil supplied in 190 liter containers is designed for manufacturers who require a large and dependable volume of raw material to keep continuous production lines running without interruption. This product belongs to the category of Liquid Basic Oils, which covers ingredients used across several industries simultaneously, including cosmetic manufacturing, food processing and pharmaceutical production. Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic and linolenic acid, walnut oil is valued both in skincare formulations and in premium food products worldwide.
In cosmetic manufacturing, walnut oil is commonly used in face and body creams, serums, hair care products and anti-aging formulations. It absorbs quickly, leaves no heavy film on the skin and blends easily with other plant oils, making it a practical ingredient for large batch formulations. During production it is typically added to the cold phase of an emulsion or mixed directly into a finished anhydrous blend at a temperature not exceeding 40-45 degrees Celsius, which helps preserve the beneficial fatty acids. Recommended dosage in cosmetic formulas usually ranges from 5 to 20 percent of the total product mass depending on the type of finished item.
Beyond skincare, walnut oil is widely used in the food industry as a salad dressing base, a component of sauces and gourmet products, and in dietary supplement manufacturing thanks to its omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acid content. Companies operating across several product lines often combine this oil with other nut oils from the range, such as Hazelnut Oil, which offers a lighter texture, or Brazil Nut Oil, rich in selenium and popular in antioxidant-focused formulas. Another effective pairing is with Kukui Nut Oil, traditionally used to restore dry and damaged skin.
A 190 liter package allows large production facilities to plan procurement well in advance without risking supply disruptions. This volume works well with automated filling lines, where the oil is dosed through industrial pumps and mixing systems. The product should be stored in a tightly sealed container, in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations, which extends shelf life and preserves the stability of its fatty acid profile.
Walnut oil is compatible with most emulsifiers, thickeners and active ingredients used in industrial formulations, and it also blends well with essential oils and antioxidants such as tocopherol, which further slow oxidation during the long-term storage of large batches.
