Recipe for a lightweight emulsion serum for tone balance

Purified water 80 g
MadeWhite 3 g
Glycerin 5 g
Niacinamide 4 g
Light emulsifier 6 g
Preservative 2 g

To create the lightweight emulsion serum the water phase is combined with glycerin and brought to a uniform state, after which MadeWhite is incorporated and evenly dispersed. An emulsion base is prepared separately using the selected emulsifier and then combined with the water phase under continuous mixing to form a homogeneous structure. Once stabilized niacinamide and preservative are added while mixing continues until a smooth emulsion is obtained. As the formulation cools it develops its final viscosity and stable texture.
