Purified water 700 ml
Jojoba oil 100 ml
Avocado oil 80 ml
Plantaquat NC 50 g
Cetearyl alcohol 35 g
Glycerin 50 g
Panthenol 12 g
Preservative system 2 g

The aqueous phase is heated and glycerin is dissolved until uniform. In a separate vessel oils are heated together with Plantaquat NC and cetearyl alcohol until completely melted forming a homogeneous oil phase. The oil phase is gradually incorporated into the water phase under high shear mixing to create an emulsion. After stabilization the mixture is cooled and panthenol and preservative system are incorporated. The pH is adjusted to a balanced range suitable for emulsion systems. The final product is a smooth cream lotion with stable structure.
